A day at your practice
If you like what you see, hire me for the $500 evaluation. I spend the day with you. I map your patient flow by hand, from check-in to room to room turnover, and I look at what your social presence looks like today. Then I tell you where to concentrate your marketing and social media.
Online presence
Monthly social content and a review-request process that brings patients in. You approve every post in writing before it goes out. Nothing with patient content is posted without written authorization.
Fractional COO, 3 months
I serve as your fractional COO for three months and do your social media outreach. I set the weekly rhythm, track the numbers that matter, and own the setup of any tool you adopt: the workflow changes, the staff training and the first month after go-live.
